India Entity and Payment

With effect from October 2025, Digital Skills Mastery’s products and services for the Indian market are offered through DSM LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership incorporated in India and headquartered in Bangalore, Karnataka, with Company Identification Number ACR-9772 and GST Registration Number 29AAYFD8468M1Z4. DSM LLP is the designated contracting entity for all course enrolments, training engagements, coaching services, subscription plans, and related commercial transactions entered into by customers based in India. All payments for Indian customers are processed securely through Razorpay (Razorpay Software Private Limited), a payment gateway licensed and regulated under applicable Indian law. DSM LLP does not store any card or payment instrument details; all such data is handled exclusively by Razorpay in accordance with PCI-DSS compliance standards. Applicable GST will be charged on all transactions at the prevailing rate and reflected on your invoice issued by DSM LLP. Good Faith Recommendations

The owner of our website will always recommend tips and tricks through their blogs based in part on a good faith belief that the supply of such information will help the person obtaining them. The owner has good faith belief, because the owner has either tried the processes or researched and acquired the knowledge prior to making any recommendations, or the owner has researched the topic based on their product launch expertise. The recommendations made by the owner about the process, tips and tricks are honest opinions based on facts known to the owner at the time of writing the blog or providing content on the site.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

DSM operates distinct refund and cancellation terms depending on the nature of the product or service purchased. Please read the applicable section carefully before enrolling.

1. Training Programmes (AIPMC, DAPM and similar Instructor-led programmes)

If you need to cancel your enrolment in a scheduled training programme, please notify us promptly at support@digitalskillsmastery.com. The following terms apply:

      Cancellation within 7 days of enrolment: Full refund will be provided if the cancellation is made within 7 days of buying the programme.

      Cancellation after 7 days of enrolment: No refund is applicable.

2. Coaching Services (1:1 and Group Coaching)

Coaching engagements are time-bound, personalised services and are governed by the following policy. Notify us promptly at support@digitalskillsmastery.com.

      Cancellation before the first session: Full refund will be provided if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled first session.

      Cancellation after the first session but before completion: A pro-rated refund will be issued for unused sessions only. No refund is applicable for sessions already delivered.

      Missed or no-show sessions: Sessions missed without at least 24 hours’ prior notice are forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

      Rescheduling a session: You may reschedule an individual coaching session with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to coach availability. A maximum of two reschedules are permitted per coaching package.

3. DSM Pro Subscription

DSM Pro is a rolling subscription service providing access to premium content, resources, short courses, masterclasses and community features.

      Free trial period (if applicable): You may cancel at any time during a free trial with no charge. Access continues until the trial period ends.

      Annual subscription: Cancellation requests made within 7 days of the initial purchase date are eligible for a full refund. After 7 days, no refunds are issued; however, access continues until the end of the paid annual term.

      Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 48 hours before the renewal date. Renewal charges are non-refundable once processed.

       Content access post-cancellation: Upon cancellation, access to DSM Pro features will remain active until the end of the paid period, after which access will be revoked.

General Refund Conditions (All Products & Services)

       All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@digitalskillsmastery.com with your order reference number.

       Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

       For Indian customers, refunds will be processed through Razorpay to the original payment instrument. GST paid on the original transaction is non-refundable in accordance with applicable Indian tax law. 

       DSM reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any programme or session due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or free transfer will be offered to affected participants.
