To help you get started, we offer a free coaching session so that you can experience the full benefits of our service before making any commitments. Whether you are seeking personal or professional development, the session aims to address your specific needs and goals.

We will raise an invoice – You can pay by credit card or bank account or debit card.
Moving a session: You may cancel your session up to 2 hours before the coaching begins and request to book another session.
Canceling the whole coaching package: While we have never faced this situation before, however, everyone has a right to decide if coaching works for you or not.
If after your 1st formal session (not the free one), you feel that we are not a fitment. Then, you let us know as soon as possible (within 1 day) and we will charge you just that session (which is at a flat £ 100) and cancel the rest of the coaching sessions & contract.
What happens in our coaching sessions stays in our sessions. We fully understand the value of your trust, and we take every precaution to safeguard it. We create a secure folder to share documents and session recordings with you. We will be signing a coaching contract which covers the confidentiality clause, rest assured that your sessions will be kept confidential.
We meet with clients based on their needs. Through many years of experience and testing of different time frames, we’ve found that this frequency yields the greatest returns in terms of change. Meeting once a week offers time for reflection and application of learning between sessions, while maintaining the momentum of our work together. But, we leave it up to you & your coach to decide the frequency of sessions.
These are online sessions, and we use Zoom. Your coach will provide you with a meeting link just before your session. Your sessions will be recorded and recording will be shared after the session (within 1 or 2 days).
Your coach, depending on urgency, may share their Whatsapp number as well, for quick response.
A session is 1 hour long. Your coach will be preparing for your session, which is not counted in your coaching time.
If your coach has shared their Whatsapp number with you, and you are conversing for a longer time as part of query clarification or having a Whatsapp call, then the time taken will also be counted as a session.
If your coach is consulting on a topic, which means he/she has to prepare a deliverable for you, then the time taken to prepare the deliverable is also counted as a session. Your coach will let you know when such a situation arises.
