Course Overview
The Digital Product Capability Transformation (DPCT) programme is a structured learning journey designed to build end-to-end digital product capability across the Diageo D&T India team. Grounded in DSM’s Digital Product Capability (DPC) Framework, the programme develops all five capability layers: Industry Forces, Organisation Readiness, Team Effectiveness, Individual Preparedness, and Product Performance through 12 introductory sessions and 17 deep-dive workshops delivered over eight weeks. The curriculum is structured around DSM’s 8P Digital Product Capability Playground, developing capability across People, Process, Projects, Products, Platforms, Partners, Persona, and Performance, with training spanning Agile Product Management, AI concepts and tools, product architecture, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking, equipping participants to lead and deliver digital products effectively in an AI-driven landscape.
